Q3 reserves the right to conduct the training online for organizational reasons.

Cancellation

Q3 reserves the right to cancel training courses for good cause, in particular for organizational reasons, e.g. if the minimum number of participants is not reached or if the instructor is unable to attend at short notice due to illness.

Cancellations of registrations are free of charge for the participant up to one week before the start of the course, after which a processing fee of 50 euros will be charged. In the event of non-attendance without prior cancellation, the course price must be paid in full.

nominal fee

The nominal fee is per person and does not include the applicable statutory value added tax. The nominal fee includes, for example, accompanying training documents and software, coffee and cold drinks as well as lunch (for all-day events). The nominal fee for attending the training course will be invoiced upon registration and must be transferred by the start of the course.

Training documents

Q3 grants the participant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use to training documents that are handed over to the participant in physical or electronic form as part of the training. No part of the training documents or the software used, which is protected by copyright and trademark law, may be reproduced in any form without written permission, in particular processed, copied, distributed or used for public reproduction using electronic systems.
