Alpha ESS gift promotion for i3 and Hi10: Backup Box and BlackBee for free!

i3: Procedure of the action:

1. The specialist partners purchase the SMILE-i3 product, including the free backup box, from Alpha ESS sales partner Q3 as soon as it is announced.
2. Specialist partners can sell the SMILE-i3 product including the free backup box to end customers as soon as it is announced.
3. Alpha ESS covers the costs of the backup box.

Hi10: Procedure of the action:

1. From 01.02.2024, specialist partners will receive two different types of codes when purchasing from sales partner Q3, for the BlackBee1000 and/or for the BlackBee2000, depending on the order.
2. The specialist partners explain the offer to the end customer and pass on the corresponding code.
3. System operators whose Hi10 was installed during the promotion period will automatically receive a pop-up window with the message that they can take advantage of the offer when they log in to the app and web monitoring for the first three times. (Note: The installation date is confirmed by the certified specialist partner to Alpha ESS during system installation online or offline via the system registration).
4. The system operator registers in Alpha ESS Online Monitoring, enters the code in Monitoring and confirms the shipping address.
5. After checking the code and address, a message is displayed on the system if the check is successful. Alpha ESS will then send the corresponding BlackBee directly to the end customer within 14 days. Alpha ESS bears the costs for the BlackBee.
