An AC Box is born – individually designed and manufactured
1. Base plate and mounting panel of the AC Box
It all starts with a solid mounting plate. It forms the foundation for the secure installation of all electrical components and ensures maximum stability during operation.
2. Customer-specific design of busbars
Depending on the project requirements, copper busbars are precisely dimensioned and mounted with insulation.
This creates a low-loss and reliable power distribution system, perfectly matched to the respective installation.
3. Integration of protection and switching components
Surge protection devices, fuses and terminal blocks are selected according to customer specifications and applicable standards.
Each component is professionally installed and wired to ensure that the AC Box meets all safety, compliance and operational requirements.
4. Individual wiring and grounding
All cables are routed in accordance with standards.
Grounding and equipotential bonding are designed individually for each project, ensuring maximum safety — perfectly tailored to your application.
5. Final assembly in the enclosure
Finally, the complete unit is installed in a robust steel enclosure.
Cable glands, grounding connections and covers are adapted to the project-specific requirements.
The result: a custom-built AC Box, ready for immediate use.
