General warranty conditions
Q3 ENERGIE GmbH & Co. KG offers different product families, which have different warranty conditions.
1. scope of application
These general warranty conditions apply to all products sold by Q3 ENERGIE GmbH & Co KG. They govern the rights and obligations of the buyer and the
guarantor under the voluntary manufacturer's warranty and apply in addition to the statutory warranty rights, which are not restricted by this warranty.
2. warranty holder
The warranty holder is exclusively the direct purchaser of the item (our business customer). Only this customer can assert warranty claims against Q3 ENERGIE GmbH & Co. Warranty claims by third parties, in particular by end customers, are expressly excluded. Assignment or transfer of warranty claims to third parties is not permitted.
3. warranty period
Unless otherwise agreed for a product, the warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase (delivery bill). Proof of purchase (invoice) is required to claim the warranty.
4. scope of warranty
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects of the delivered product. In the event of a warranty claim, a free repair or replacement will be carried out at the discretion of the guarantor.
5. exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper handling, misuse or negligence
- Damage caused by external influences (e.g. fire, water, lightning, force majeure)
- Natural wear and tear and consumable parts (e.g. batteries, seals)
- Modifications or repairs by third parties without the consent of the guarantor
- Damage caused by failure to observe the operating or installation instructions
6. warranty services and processing
In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer must report the claim on our website at https://q3-energie.de/service/serviceanfrage/. Depending on the product, he will then receive information on how the case will be processed within
24 hours on working days. The procedure may vary slightly due to different product families and also depends on the fault described. As a general rule, the costs of sending the product to us are borne by the warranty holder and we will return the product to the warranty holder carriage paid in the event of a warranty claim.
7. limitation of liability
The warranty extends exclusively to the repair, replacement or refund of the defective product. Any further claims, in particular for damages, loss of profit or consequential damages, are excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we generally exclude the possibility of reimbursement for power generation products, such as PV systems or wind turbines, due to failure to generate electricity.
8. rights of the buyer
This guarantee gives the buyer additional rights, but does not replace the statutory warranty rights. The buyer also has the right to assert legal claims against
the seller, in particular in the context of liability for defects. 9. final provisions Should any provision of these warranty conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Kaufbeuren.

In general, our general warranty conditions apply. In addition, extended warranty conditions of manufacturers of commercial products distributed by Q3 ENERGIE GmbH & Co. KG may apply. Unless otherwise specified, these are to be claimed directly from the manufacturer.

In the case of the Gridmaster system, consisting of an FNS battery storage system, a hybrid inverter from Deye and the e.manager as well as any other accessories supplied by Q3
, the installer may also declare the warranty claim to us, even if they were not the direct purchaser of the goods from Q3.
If an extended product warranty granted by the manufacturer is also applicable in the case of the Gridmaster system, the customer is free to make use of this instead of the warranty granted by Q3.
