At the beginning of the year, we were already aware that the energy/economic/component crisis year of 2022 could not be followed by a boring year - and then, poof, we were right in the middle of a turbulent 2023 for us! It's hard to believe that this year is already drawing to a close.
What we have not achieved! Apart from the "day-to-day business" in our really extremely exciting industry, our team has grown a lot, so much so that we are moving out of the Innovapark into our own premises in Moosmangstrasse - yes, what, "had to" doesn't fit, "were allowed" perhaps? You have probably moved (several times) in your life and know that moving is always more labor-intensive than expected. We almost couldn't afford to move production, there was so much QFire and GAK to build! At the same time, we took part in Intersolar - The smarter E Europe - and had the opportunity to present our work to the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection. We quickly got down to planning the inauguration party, where we celebrated together with many representatives from politics and business, business partners and friends. We have now made our home in Moosmangstraße and celebrated the end of the year in our premises with a loud karaoke Christmas party. What singing talents we have among our colleagues! 😉
Looking back on the past 2023 feels fulfilling. Looking ahead to 2024 brings a smile to our faces: we have already initiated so much, planned even more and have so many more ideas lying dormant. But now we're looking forward to two wonderful weeks of Christmas vacation.

Whether you are a friend, customer, supplier or other partner of Q3, our world would not be what it is without you. It's always the encounters with people that make life worth living!
