Warranty Terms \u2013 All Products<\/h2>\n\n

General Warranty Terms<\/h3>\n\n

Q3 ENERGIE<\/em> GmbH & Co. KG offers various product families, which have different warranty terms.<\/p>\n\n

1. Scope<\/strong>These general warranty terms apply to all products sold by Q3 ENERGIE GmbH & Co. KG. They regulate the rights and obligations of the buyer and thewarrantor within the scope of the voluntary manufacturer’s warranty and apply in addition to the statutory warranty rights, which are not restricted by this warranty. <\/p>\n\n

2. Warranty Holder<\/strong>The warranty holder is exclusively the direct purchaser of the product (our business customer). Only this party can assert warranty claims against Q3 ENERGIE GmbH & Co. KG. Warranty claims by third parties, especially end customers, are expressly excluded. An assignment or transfer of warranty claims to third parties is not permitted. <\/p>\n\n

3. Warranty Period<\/strong>Unless otherwise agreed for a product, a warranty period of 24 months applies from the date of purchase (delivery note). Proof of purchase (invoice) is required to claim the warranty. <\/p>\n\n

4. Scope of Warranty<\/strong>The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects of the delivered product. In the event of a warranty claim, a free repair or replacement will be carried out at the warrantor’s discretion. <\/p>\n\n

5. Exclusions<\/strong>The warranty does not apply to:\u2022 Damage due to improper handling, misuse, or negligence\u2022 Damage due to external influences (e.g., fire, water, lightning, force majeure)\u2022 Natural wear and tear and consumables (e.g., batteries, seals)\u2022 Modifications or repairs by third parties without the warrantor’s consent\u2022 Damage due to non-observance of the operating or installation instructions<\/p>\n\n

6. Warranty Services and Processing<\/strong>In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer must report their claim on our website at https:\/\/q3-energie.de\/service\/serviceanfrage\/. Depending on the product, they will then receive information within24 hours on weekdays on how the case will be processed. The procedure may vary slightly due to different product families and also depends on the described defect. Generally, the costs for sending a product to us are borne by the warranty holder, and returns to the warranty holder in the event of a warranty claim are freight-free from us. <\/p>\n\n

7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>The warranty extends exclusively to the repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the defective product. Any further claims, in particular for damages, lost profits, or consequential damages, are excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we generally exclude compensation for failures due to non-generation of electricity for products used in energy production, such as PV systems or wind turbines. <\/p>\n\n

8. Buyer’s Rights<\/strong>This warranty grants the buyer additional rights but does not replace statutory warranty rights. The buyer continues to have the right to assert statutory claims againstthe seller, particularly within the scope of liability for defects. 9. Final Provisions Should any provision of these warranty terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Kaufbeuren. <\/p>\n\n

Warranty Terms for Traded Goods<\/h2>\n\n

Our general warranty terms apply. In addition, extended warranty terms from manufacturers of traded products distributed by Q3 ENERGIE GmbH & Co. KG may be valid. Unless otherwise specified, these must be asserted directly with the manufacturer. <\/p>\n\n

Battery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

10-year replacement value warranty on capacity \u2013 or 6000 cycles with 80% residual capacity, whichever comes first.5-year warranty on components<\/p>\n\n

Inverter<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

5 years from installation and registration*\/ otherwise 2 years from delivery date<\/p>\n\n

Control Technology<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

2 years from delivery dateIn the case of the Gridmaster system, consisting of an FNS battery storage, a hybrid inverter from Deye, and the e.manager, as well as any other accessories supplied by Q3,it applies that the installer may also declare the warranty claim to us, even if they were not the direct buyer of the goods from Q3.If an extended product warranty granted by the manufacturer is also applicable in the case of the Gridmaster system, the customer is free to claim this instead of the one granted by Q3.<\/p>\n\n

In addition, our general warranty terms and our General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) apply.<\/p>\n\n
